FIRST LOVE<\/span><\/h2>\n

In the early 80s I met my husband (now my ex-husband). He said he was happy to take on my son and bring him up as his own. I was very happy too. Finally, I thought that my whole life was finally coming together. I made my wedding dress and the bridesmaids dresses, and even a page boy\u2019s outfit. My husband and I married in 1983.<\/p>\n

Everyone expressed amazement at the wedding outfits I had made. My husband was also taken aback! He told me I could consider making other people\u2019s wedding dresses, so I started my own wedding dresses business in between having my son and daughter. I really enjoyed it; I made all my neighbours daughters dresses. There was a big Irish community, and I become well known for dressmaking.<\/p>\n

DIFFICULT RELATIONSHIP<\/span><\/h2>\n

Once my third daughter came along, things became too much, so I stepped back and went into selling wedding material and lace. I did really well in my business. But, I often felt more like a single mum in my marriage than when I had actually been single. And, I still felt quite suppressed.<\/p>\n

I tried my best but often felt worn down and quite demoralised in my marriage, it was a stressful time. Then, my husband lost his job in the print. He went into the building industry with my twin brother, then started a course in building surveying.<\/p>\n

He was trying his best, but it was all work and no play. I was lonely and often alone with my thoughts and feelings, trying to bring up my family.<\/p>\n

<\/h2>\n

SPLITTING \u2013 A CHANGE OF LIFE<\/span><\/h2>\n

In the year 2000, I felt strongly my husband was having an affair. We were really unsettled. Things were not going well. Initially, I confronted him, and he denied this. At the time I didn\u2019t realise that my psychic abilities were becoming stronger and coming to the forefront. I can remember having a dream about him having an affair. It was so real that I woke up suddenly in shock. When I asked him, he said he would never do that to me.<\/p>\n

In the last year together, things between us were falling apart. I confronted him on many occasions. I asked if there was someone else. But he just kept saying no, there wasn\u2019t. I felt I was going mad because I felt so strongly about this. My head hurt so much trying to work things out, that I started having really bad migraines. I got to the point where I just couldn\u2019t take anymore. I just knew he was lying. He was treating me really badly. One day I had just had enough.\u00a0 Flying into a rage, I told him to get out.<\/p>\n

CLAIRVOYANCE GETS IT RIGHT!<\/span><\/h2>\n

After he left a strong feeling come to me, about where he was staying. He had left so easily. None of it made sense, so I called him the next day. \u201cWho is the woman?\u201d I asked. He went all quiet on me. Then, finally, he admitted his affair to me. After all this time, and with the truth finally on the table, I was devastated. This affair really had been going on!<\/p>\n

Even though intuition, my gifts of clairvoyance and my guides had let me know, it was hard to face the bare facts and the reality. A bitter pill to swallow. How could he be so selfish and stupid? He lost all respect from his children who were then 17, 15, and 13 years old. All our lives had to change. I had to keep us all strong and together. I was very lucky to have had a lot of family support at this time.<\/p>\n

<\/h3>\n

CLAIRVOYANCE\u00a0 & SPIRITUALIST CHURCHES<\/span><\/h2>\n

I started going to a spiritualist church<\/a> in my area to get some extra support. I went with my daughter, who was 13 at this time. Now I was free from my marriage and could do what I liked, I come on in leaps and bounds. My whole life changed when I realised that there is a life after marriage, I got more and more involved with spiritualism which I found gave me strength. It is though starting to use your gifts of clairvoyance, your psychic abilities, through learning and practice that you also start to question things. And then, the circle really begins.<\/p>\n

The medium at my local spiritualist church told me that if I wanted to develop my psychic and mediumship skills, I needed to get stronger. Because when your heart and soul have been broken, you need to heal. Doing so would also help my daughter.<\/p>\n
