Manifestation: Ground for Success – with Heather

To get ahead this year and have the best possible start to 2022, it is important to focus on your goals. You may have already written your list or created a vision board to stay focused on your goals.
But, now is the best time to do so, if you haven’t. Tomorrow is the second-best time to write a list of accomplishments you wish to achieve this year.
I like to create a vision board and put it somewhere I can see it daily. It reminds me to repeat my affirmations and take a minute to really visualise what I would like to achieve in the year ahead!
Easy Ways to Ground Yourself
Wear colours that will help to ground you, focus your attention, and bring in some positive energy. Choose vibrant colours, such as green, red, yellow / gold, or even pink!
Go for a walk in a natural setting, sit still for a few minutes and let your attention focus on the stillness of the moment.
You can also carry Crystals like Black Tourmaline, Red Jasper, Hematite or Smokey Quartz. You can also use small pieces of Granite, Flint, or a sedimentary piece of Rock.
When grounding your energy you need to focus your attention on your feet and feel your energy flowing down through your Crown Chakra all the way to the soles of your feet.
Your Solar Plexus needs to be in balance in order to achieve your goals, a piece of Citrine can help you with this. Try placing one over your Solar Plexus, or you can carry one on your person during the day.
